Quality Engineer

Job Summary
Plan and coordinate product regulatory compliance tests against local, national, and international standards including NRTL inspections from UL and TÜV Rheinland. Lead internal audits, support cross-site audits, and chair monthly CAPA meetings to ensure timely progress and validation. Maintain QMS procedures, coordinate tools and jigs calibration, and support software validation processes. Identify deviations to certification requirements, conduct fault analysis, and manage customer complaint escalations and surveys. Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least two years of relevant experience in quality or engineering roles is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in a customer quality, process quality or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of computer software like SAP, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Good oral and written communication with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment
