Job Summary
Coordinate and manage sample requests associated with Product Change Notifications (PCNs) to support customer qualification, validation, and approval activities. Ensure timely sample fulfillment, effective communication among stakeholders, and accurate tracking of sample-related activities to support successful implementation of product and process changes while maintaining customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Quality Systems Section Manager (GQS Philippines).
