Job Summary
Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans while conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for non-conformances. Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and provide training to production personnel on quality-related topics. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding and application of quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC)
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems
Desired Qualifications

- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other relevant ASQ certifications
