Job Summary
Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications by leading internal, compliance, and leadership audits while ensuring corrective actions are sustained. Develop and enforce quality procedures, work instructions, and acceptance criteria to support environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Lead customer issue resolution using 8D, DMAIC, and Six Sigma tools to drive root cause identification and verify CAPA effectiveness. Implement Lean principles and 5S practices to reduce waste, while developing PFMEAs, control plans, and Poka-Yoke solutions. Analyze process nonconformances, scrap, and First Pass Yield trends to improve process controls and capability through statistical methods. Support engineering changes, new process implementation, and product transfers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years administering ISO systems, and 5+ years in manufacturing quality. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3+ year of experience with administering and maintaining ISO Certification Systems
- Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14000, and ISO 45000 standards
- 5+ years experience within manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools
- Experience with 8D problem solving methodology
- Experience with tool utilization including 5 Whys, Fishbone (cause & effect), DMAIC, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Process Auditing, Process Capability analysis, ISO, and Poka Yoke design
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth vision and ability to adjust focus
