Quality Engineer, Operations (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Own and manage the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions. Lead the handling of customer concerns and complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures. Analyze, evaluate, and visualize quality performance indicators (e.g., First Pass Yield) and drive measurable improvements. Act as a trusted advisor to production teams on all quality-related matters. Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of production-related quality issues. Support cross-functional projects within the designated value stream organization. Serve as a key interface between Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic development and optimization of inspection and quality assurance processes. Support development projects with a focus on error prevention and process robustness. Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives. Implement and maintain company-specific quality processes and standards. Support the Quality Manager in the regular evaluation and continuous improvement of the management system.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Master Technician)
- Experience and training in Quality Management and quality-related methodologies
- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within quality functions
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
