Job Summary

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, ASTM, and customer quality requirements. Develop and maintain quality procedures, conduct audits, and analyze quality data to drive corrective actions. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and manage calibration programs. Conduct PFMEA/DFMEA, MSA, SPC, and process capability studies. Investigate nonconformances, support training activities, and prepare quality metrics. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality Systems
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 standards
  • Experience with SPC, SQC, and core quality tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and spend extended time in manufacturing areas

Desired Qualifications

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
  • Manufacturing experience; fiberglass experience is a plus
