Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer responsible for developing and documenting product testing and inspection procedures to ensure products meet customer standards; lead root cause analyses; interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and formulas; perform testing of product and procedures; drive PPAP and ISO/IATF compliance; manage customer complaints and returns; monitor and improve the Quality Management System; analyze data and present results with charts/graphs; train associates on standardized work and SPC data recording; interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure specifications and standards are met; lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
