Quality Engineer – Laird Vietnam (Work location - Bac Ninh Province)

Job Summary
Act as the QMS ISO 9001 committee secretary by drawing up, reviewing, and controlling quality procedures, work instructions, and workflows while maintaining document control. Lead quality improvement initiatives by sustaining deployed actions on the shop floor and monitor/report quality-related team KPIs. Support and conduct internal and external audits, manage audit results, and ensure completion of corrective actions within agreed timeframes. Handle customer complaints and queries regarding quality, investigating issues to ensure conformance to customer requirements. This role requires 6+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, familiarity with ISO 9001 and QC08000, and proficiency in 8D disciplines and statistical analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-year experience work as Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance in multinational manufacturing company
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferable or Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics, thermal solutions, converting, assembly, or related manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma concepts
- have experience about QC08000
- Knowledgeable in machining (stamping preferred) and tools or die equipment, fabrication process
- Familiar with 8D disciplines, 5Why, statistical analysis and QC 7 tools
- Strong communication in English both oral and written, interpersonal, team player and capable to lead team
