Job Summary
Conduct testing of Bow Spring, Semi Rigid, Rigid centralizers, Stop Collars, and plastic components per API 10D, 10TR5, and 10D2 standards. Perform chemical analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using OES spectrometers per ASTM standards, alongside Rockwell, Brinell, and tensile tests. Maintain NABL documentation in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 while adhering to company safety policies. Required Qualifications
- B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2-6 Years experience in Mechanical & Chemical Lab
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Chemical Lab testing and NABL Documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Read and comprehend requirements of the QMS including client specifications, procedural requirements, and other quality standards and documentation
- Responsible for testing of Bow Spring, Semi Rigid, Rigid centralizers and Plastic Centralizers as per API 10D & 10TR5
- Testing of Stop Collars as per API 10D2
- Performs Chemical Analysis of ferrous & non-ferrous metals by OES spectrometer as per ASTM standards
- Performs Rockwell & Brinell Hardness Testing of materials
- Performs Tensile Test as per ASTM A370-21
- Responsible for NABL Documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
