Job Summary
Administer the customer portal and manage customer quality complaints while applying problem-solving methodologies to technical documentation. Participate in the Magna NextGen post-graduate program over 24 months, gaining a holistic view of quality through trainings and multi-cultural project work. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure process optimization and compliance with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management systems. This 24-month program includes mentorship from experienced colleagues and a business mentor, requiring fluency in English and Hungarian.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Hungarian
- Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Understanding of process optimization and compliance requirements
