Quality Engineer l

Conduct ongoing analysis of production process inputs and outputs to ensure customer quality requirements are achieved. Maintain SPC limits at corporate targets, manage CAR containment, and lead root cause investigations with corrective action plan completions. Collect production data to apply statistical methods for FMEA, DOE, and SPC analysis, while performing inspections and setting quality testing models for raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Write detailed work instructions, train personnel, and monitor quality-related key performance indicators to contribute to company quality policy and performance metrics.
