Job Summary
Quality Engineer responsible for implementing APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and other quality tools during new product development; define CTQ with customers, support product performance optimization in development phase, manage quality of new production processes, and lead quality improvement projects to improve first-time yield; requires 3+ years in production process quality management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in English and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, materials, or engineering related majors
- Over 3 years in production process quality management
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process control
- Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA and SPC
- Good communication and logical thinking
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office
