Job Summary
Quality Engineer in Penbryn, Wales responsible for quality assurance and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Lead data-driven analyses, manage QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, drive root cause investigations, maintain SAP master data and inspection plans, generate quality reports, conduct internal audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of quality experience; proficiency with Minitab; SAP experience preferred; travel 0–10 days/year. Salary range $87,000–$119,600 with incentive bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- minimum of 5 years of quality experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong data analytics and interpretation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Minitab
- Experience in SAP (preferred)
- Experience with ISO9001:2008 (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to interface at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exposure to manufacturing conditions and cross-functional collaboration
