Job Summary
Direct Quality Engineers in the assigned area with leadership responsibilities, overseeing QA activities across manufacturing for global customer accounts; recruit, interview, coach, and develop Quality Engineers/Technicians; establish clear goals and performance metrics; develop and validate training curricula; implement QA plans and APQP/process optimization; provide technical support and document control, participate in vendor surveys, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies.
