Job Summary
Develop and maintain the Quality Management System while collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality specifications and standards. Conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Monitor supplier performance through audits and assess quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Investigate customer complaints, analyze product data, and participate in design reviews to incorporate quality requirements early in product development. Provide technical guidance to production and design departments, train team members on quality tools, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
- Must be able to pass EVerify
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
