Job Summary
Quality Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks in an Agile environment, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Build a strong understanding of product architecture, drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation/testing approaches, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to team standards. Communicate effectively through documentation and code demonstrations, supporting testing across microservices and cloud deployments in e-commerce/logistics/supply-chain domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in software automation development
- 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
- Proven ability to independently design and develop automation frameworks
- Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to articulate a major technical problem and its corresponding solution
- Experience in a Microservice environment with services created from scratch and deployed to the cloud
