Job Summary
Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Java or Python with Selenium, while designing API automation with Rest Assured or Requests. Build scalable test scripts for regression and feature validation, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution. Perform end-to-end functional testing across UI and API layers, executing manual tests as needed to provide detailed feedback for quality improvements. Identify, log, and manage defects in Jira using Zephyr for test case management, collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Leverage tools like Datadog and Lens for debugging and monitoring, utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases alongside Git for version control.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in automation languages: Java or Python
- Hands-on with automation tools: Selenium, Rest Assured, Python Requests
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL like MongoDB
- Skilled in debugging and monitoring using Lens and Datadog
- Familiar with version control (Git) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
