Job Summary
Develop and implement methods for disposition of discrepant material, assess costs, and compile training on quality control activities. Manage customer quality complaints regarding 3PL materials, approve supplier process control plans, and lead inventory at risk management and non-conformance investigations. Conduct supplier Quality System audits, drive improvement plans, and own corrective and preventive actions (CAR/SCAR) through closure. Monitor supplier performance metrics, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste. Assist in developing quality standards for processing materials and inspecting production equipment precision. Bachelor's degree required with consistent experience in similar roles and familiarity with ISO certifications. Intermediate English fluency needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Consistent experience performing a similar role, working closely to warehouse staff and processes to ensure appropriate material quality
- Familiar with ISO certifications
- Previous experience managing projects with focus on continuous improvement through the use of lean manufacturing tools
- Experience Conducting supplier Quality System audits, driving improvement plans and owning corrective and preventive actions (CAR / SCAR) through closure
- English fluency intermediate without any problems to communicate
