Quality Engineer III

Job Summary
Quality Engineer III on a permanent basis to join the Galway-based operations team, focusing on leading and enhancing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching colleagues, leading/participating in site initiatives and complex projects, acting as a quality representative in internal and external audits, coordinating cross-functional activities, and promoting best practices in quality. The role requires deep knowledge of QSR and ISO/MDD standards, risk management, and the ability to influence decision-making through data presentation and analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science and at least 5 years of engineering experience in a regulated environment are expected, with preference for leadership experience in a team setting.
Required Qualifications
- Hons Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at Engineering level in Medical Device industry or other highly regulated environment
- Familiar with Internal Audit Processes
