Job Summary
Review and approve Quality Management System documents while conducting independent work planning and participating in project-level planning with the leadership team. Make decisions in an area of expertise supported by precedence or defined procedures, with interpretations reviewed in detail. Provide technical guidance and supervision to technicians, engineering assistants, or junior staff on relevant matters. Comply with Health & Safety policies and inform management of unsafe working conditions. This role serves as the final developmental position prior to assuming full responsibility as a trained engineer, offering ongoing professional training and workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated competence as Quality Engineer II or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Organization and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
