Quality Engineer II

Job Summary
Quality Engineer II is responsible for ensuring quality of manufactured products, testing processes, creating and updating documentation, developing quality tests and control plans, interpreting dimensional tolerances, supporting ISO compliance and audits, generating and driving CARs, reviewing non-conforming material, collecting/analyzing data with statistics, collaborating with metrology, maintaining 5S standards, and adhering to safety and EH&S procedures. The role requires independent work and collaboration across teams, with emphasis on data-driven quality improvements, calibration and gage compliance, and clear communication of issues and corrective actions to production teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3-6 years of quality engineering or equivalent experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt training preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Enhanced understanding of ISO processes
- ASME Y14.5 knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
