Job Summary
Support quality initiatives across manufacturing and engineering operations by investigating issues, implementing corrective actions, and analyzing data to recommend process improvements. Lead moderately complex quality projects with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve concerns, handle deviations, and interpret engineering drawings to ensure hardware compliance. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate project status to stakeholders, and participate in nonconforming product disposition through the Material Review Board. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance product quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship only, no dual citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree
