Job Summary
Quality Engineer II at Medtronic focuses on developing, modifying, applying and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into finished products; collaborates with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality, designs inspection/testing mechanisms and conducts statistical analyses to assess product quality and reliability; may specialize in areas such as design, incoming material, production control, and product evaluation, with potential mentorship of junior staff and leading R&D or implementation projects for new technologies or therapies.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Minitab, CAPAs
- Ability to develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocols; experience with inspection and testing of materials and products
