Job Summary
Develop, conduct, and monitor training to meet quality objectives while collecting and reporting statistical data to identify process performance issues. Coordinate corrective actions for quality problems arising from company personnel, customer complaints, and OEM requirements by interfacing with customer quality representatives. Lead cross-functional teams in operations, prepare PPAP documentation per customer specifications, and administer PMI testing. Participate in internal and external quality audits and ISO 9001 activities, supporting concurrent engineering efforts and new product development projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree with background in quality, manufacturing or industrial technology
- Three years of quality and/or process improvement experience
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and all levels of corporate and company personnel
- Must be able to work and communicate with all levels of company personnel, field sales employees, distributors, end users and suppliers
Desired Qualifications
- Quality engineering/metrology experience preferred
- Knowledge of ISO-9001 requirements
- Should possess analytical abilities
