Job Summary
Quality Engineer I – Night Shift at Medtronic focused on developing and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into finished products, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliance, designing and applying inspection/testing methods, handling non-conformances, driving corrective actions, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting audit activities. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science and about 1 year of experience in a medical device environment, with strong communication, statistical analysis, and technical writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant direct Science/Engineering experience within medical device environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Practical working knowledge of statistical data analysis, problem solving and quality improvement tools and techniques preferable
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and to take initiative is essential
