Job Summary
Quality Engineer I in Middletown, CT responsible for root cause analysis, audits, driving corrective actions, MRB coordination, and quality leadership across internal and external customers. Tasks include interpreting blueprints and mil-specs to contract requirements, monitoring NCs/MRB milestones, developing corrective-action plans with cross-functional teams, participating in program reviews and product cell meetings, supporting FAI inspections, and presenting quality metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 0-3 years in quality and aerospace, with broad technical knowledge and familiarity with ISO 9000/AS9100. This in-person role is based in Middletown, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field
- 0-3 years’ work experience in Quality and Aerospace
- Broad knowledge of a general technical field such as electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9000/AS9100 regulations certification process preferred
