Quality Engineer I | Інженер з якості

Quality Engineer I role focused on ensuring product and process quality at Jabil Ukraine. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality procedures and standards per Jabil's Quality Management System and customer requirements. Conduct root-cause analyses of quality issues using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, and the 5 Whys; collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, logistics) to implement CAPA actions; participate in design and process development to ensure early integration of quality requirements (APQP, PPAP). Monitor quality KPIs, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve product quality and process efficiency. Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Provide training and coaching to shop floor personnel on quality procedures, tools, and best practices. Support customer-driven quality initiatives and participate in reviews and audits conducted by customers. Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC; prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership review.
