Quality Engineer I

Job Summary
Manage and support supplier quality and change control activities, ensuring compliance with established requirements. Collaborate with suppliers on quality issue investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions while monitoring performance through metrics, risk assessments, and audits. Support supplier qualification, development, and continuous improvement, and participate in manufacturing transfer, expansion, and readiness initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams. Assist in developing manufacturing quality processes, controls, and systems to strengthen product quality and operational efficiency. Communicate quality requirements, project status, risks, and recommendations to internal teams and suppliers. This 6-month temporary role offers a strong possibility of extension within a global medical technology company dedicated to innovative kidney disease solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Broad theoretical knowledge related to the position, typically acquired through specialized academic education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in positions or functions related to the field
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
