Job Summary
Quality Engineer responsible for leading all activities related to quality control, implementing systems and processes to ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards. Develop and maintain quality management systems, apply SPC and FMEA, oversee inspections of materials, processes, and finished products, manage non-conformance and CAPA, coordinate audits and regulatory inspections, and lead a team of quality professionals while collaborating with customers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: completed related degree
- 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Deep knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
- English proficiency (90%)
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP system
- Possess a quality certification, such as Six Sigma or ASQ
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Deep understanding of quality control techniques and tools, such as Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA
- Personnel management
- Ability to analyze data and trends
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to solve complex quality problems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
