Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to use basic data analysis tools including Excel and Word
- Effective teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality/process improvement tools
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- Understanding of practical application of Cost of Quality model
- Familiarity with Agile PLM, Unipoint, and Navision
