Job Summary
Coordinate customer PPAP preparation, 8D follow-ups, and database maintenance to drive growth through GFQP activities and hose certification. Lead process control plan development, FMEA discussions, and random audits while managing error proofing devices and MSA/Cpk studies. Prepare daily quality reports, review process capability trends, and conduct root cause analysis for problem-solving and countermeasures. Perform plant preventive maintenance audits, support HSE impact analysis, and coordinate quality training matrices for personnel competence.
Required Qualifications
- 3~5 years working experience
- minimum 2 years in quality assurance or project management
- External audit training certification
- Good skills in communication with relevant department
- Team work
- strong quality assurance knowledge
- Familiar with API7K & APIQ1
- SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP knowledge
- IATF16949, ISO9001 knowledge
