Job Summary
Quality Engineer responsible for Quality Inspection/Standard Control, IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC planning, and supervising inspection consistency; lead quality anomaly analysis using 8D, 5Why, Cpk/SPC; manage training for inspectors and coordinate internal communications; support system audits (ISO9001) and customer/third-party audits; manage quality data and files (pass/defect/rework metrics) and generate regular reports; ensure compliance with process drawings and documentation; collaborate across departments to drive corrective and preventive actions and continuous quality improvement; requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Automation Engineering with 5+ years in machinery manufacturing, proficiency with measurement tools and quality improvement tools (8D, 5Why, Cpk/SPC, AQL), and fluency in Chinese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Automation Engineering or related majors
- At least 5 years of quality-related work experience in machinery manufacturing industry
- Proficient in using various conventional measuring tools, able to independently read mechanical drawings and process documents
- Master quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, Cpk/SPC, understand AQL, familiar with ISO9001 system implementation and audit requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, able to independently complete English quality reports
- Strong attention to detail, problem analysis and cross-departmental collaboration skills
