Quality Engineer

Job Summary
The Quality Engineer will prepare quality and manufacturing process plans, conduct sales order reviews, develop and maintain quality procedures, and lead preventative and corrective action efforts. Responsibilities include conducting audits, assisting in the Test Lab, ensuring accuracy of inspection equipment, and maintaining compliance with ISO Standards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or technically related field
- Familiarity with the requirements of ISO Standards
- Ability to analyze large quantities of data and write technical reports
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Personal Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Syteline)
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Able to organize and prioritize workload
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Government/Military Specifications
- Nondestructive testing (NDT) experience
- Prior Supervisory or other Leadership Experience
- Prior Testing and/or Quality Experience in the Metals Industry
