Job Summary
Lead quality initiatives on the Canton manufacturing site by ensuring products meet specifications and customer requirements; drive root cause analyses, CAPA, and corrective actions; analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities; support new product introductions with quality plans and validation; develop and maintain quality systems and conduct internal and external audits; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations; program and operate CMMs; document findings and recommendations; drive Lean/Six Sigma-based continuous improvement and serve as backup Plant Quality Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Control Plans, 8D, First Article Inspection)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
- U.S. citizenship required for this position
