Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation
