Job Summary

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans while conducting root cause analysis for non-conformances. Monitor manufacturing process data to identify trends, lead internal and external quality audits, and design experiments to optimize production reliability. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality from concept to launch, and train personnel on quality standards and best practices. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, three years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodologies. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation

Desired Qualifications

  • ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation
