Job Summary
Manage the Quality Management System by developing and implementing processes that align with ISO standards. Determine quality improvement parameters using statistical methods and enhance inspection processes through sample size analysis and confidence level determination. Conduct hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests while developing sampling plans based on attribute, variable, and sequential methods. Execute root cause analysis and CAPA implementation via DMAIC and 8D/5Why tools to address customer complaints and supplier failures. Prepare QA reports and assist in supplier audits. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1-2 years in Quality Engineering, 10% travel, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

- Basic knowledge of quality systems

- 1-2 years in Quality Engineering or Technical Discipline
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Written & verbal
- Proficient with SAP
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Perform duties with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy
- Travel 10%
