Quality Engineer

Job Summary
Lead quality improvement projects and deployment of quality Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) across the manufacturing organization; conduct thorough process analysis, data collection and analysis to identify trends and root causes; provide training and mentorship on problem solving methodologies and core tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements; maintain detailed documentation of process changes, quality processes, procedures and project outcomes; develop and monitor KPIs to track progress and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001:2015) and regulatory requirements; drive a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices and roadmaps for quality across the manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience in manufacturing process
- Leading A3/8D / DMAIC experience
- Experience in QMS System with ISO 9001:2015
- Core tools (PCP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Office 365 and Power BI Knowledge
- HVAC product experience highly preferred
