Job Summary
Lead Risk QA initiatives by establishing test automation strategies across UI, API, and backend stacks, while managing end-to-end delivery for complex market risk applications. Define and optimize test processes, frameworks, and data generation protocols to ensure compliance and production stability. Manage QA teams comprising manual, automation, and data testers, driving continuous improvement and adherence to organizational governance. Lead test planning for features spanning multiple teams, oversee SIT, integration, and performance validation, and execute transformation plans adopting Python-based automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of QA leadership experience managing enterprise-scale testing initiatives
- Proven experience leading large QA organizations across manual, automation, and data testing disciplines
- Strong background in test automation, data validation, and enterprise application testing
- Experience implementing QA governance, risk-based testing, and release management practices
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing methodologies
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Python-based automation solutions
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
