Job Summary
Quality Engineer at Attends drives process improvements by analyzing quality data from customer complaints, lab tests, internal deviations, and production systems; coordinates root-cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions; reports quality outcomes and trends; conducts quality-related meetings, workshops, and audits at the factory and with suppliers; develops new systems for analysis and monitoring; plans and delivers training on methods and tools; promotes a strong quality culture through education and best practices across the organization; collaboration with production and process teams to build quality into every manufacturing step.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams, leadership capability
- Experience with quality improvement tools (e.g., PDCA, Six Sigma, FMEA)
- Experience with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Proficient communication in Swedish and English
