Quality Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary
Conduct manual, automation, mobile, and API testing to ensure web and mobile product quality and reliability. Design and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios covering functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT cycles. Log defects in JIRA and collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment to resolve issues. Develop and maintain automated test scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines, while validating REST/SOAP APIs for security and schema accuracy. Evaluate interfaces against WCAG 2.1 AA standards using tools like Axe or Lighthouse to identify accessibility gaps. Requires 3+ years of experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Java or JavaScript.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QE / Software Testing
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and development teams
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, and API testing
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with mobile automation tools such as Appium
- Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and tools such as Axe or Lighthouse
