Job Summary
Quality Engineer to manage field warranty performance and lead customer NCR investigations, driving root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain investigation documentation within the QMS, and communicate outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders. Requires experience in quality engineering in manufacturing/technical environments, expertise in NCR investigations and structured problem-solving, data interpretation of warranty trends, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or technical environments
- Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
- Experience leading NCR investigations and performing structured root-cause analysis
- Ability to interpret data and warranty trends to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing discussions and internal stakeholders
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, QMS processes, and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Production, Service, and Supply Chain teams
