Job Summary
Serve as the primary stakeholder for all escalated product quality issues, managing their tracking and resolution. Gather and analyze performance and failure data for quality investigations, escalating complex issues to technical teams. Triage quality issues based on criticality and business impact, providing engineering or process solutions. Collaborate with R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on quality matters, maintaining transparent updates with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring proven experience in relevant fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing investigations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance
- Analytical skills for data investigation and analysis
- Problem-solving mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar technical role, preferably within hardware and electronics
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
- Strong ability to gather and analyze technical data for RCA and CAPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple investigations and prioritize tasks under pressure
