Job Summary
Quality Engineer responsible for embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle across cross-functional squads. The role emphasizes automation, exploratory testing, and shaping testing practices across teams, including AI-driven testing approaches, with a blended/remote-friendly working model in the UK (Edinburgh) and a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly, and resilient software.

- Experience working in agile environments
- Ability to work across more than one team and influence without direct ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Experience defining test strategy and coverage across multiple layers
- Interest or experience in AI-driven testing approaches
