Job Summary
Lead and champion quality, EHS and operations excellence within SKF Production System (SPS) at the Pune site. Drive performance management and reporting of QEHS+SPS KPIs, oversee internal and external audits, ensure ISO/regs compliance, advance risk management, RCA/CAPA and MOC, and deploy SPS tools (Lean, 5S, TPM, A3, visual management) across functions. Build competencies through training and coaching, align QEHS initiatives with business objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements in quality, safety, environment and energy performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Quality, EHS & Operations Management
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or 5S
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and data-driven decision making
