Job Summary
Coordinate changes to controlled documents, schedule and perform internal assessments, and maintain the calibration database. Responsible for maintaining ISO-related documentation, reviewing and notifying on new or revised documents, and supporting ISO certification efforts. Create and distribute quarterly and year-end quality reports, train internal assessors, coordinate calibration visits, and generate certified test reports for multiple facilities. Ensure compliance with SLPs, manage corrective actions documentation, and assist in internal assessments and calibration activities to uphold production quality and regulatory standards.
