Job Summary
Administer the company's electronic documentation database by coordinating information gathering, documenting best practices, and distributing data to ensure accurate records throughout the organization. Manage the Master Control documentation program structure, including vaults, infocard types, routes, and roles, while executing approval and training tasks. Troubleshoot system failures such as corrupted tasks or locked infocards, and establish approval routings for all documents. Maintain form standardization, post current work instructions and visual aids for Oil and Air Plants, and remove obsolete documents. Participate in plant internal audits and ensure document control processes conform to IATF 16949 and customer standards by identifying retention requirements with functional area members. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a satisfactory record of attendance and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalency
- 0 -2 years manufacturing environment or technical field
- Communication skills to interact with personnel inside the organization across multiple disciplines
- Basic knowledge of PC applications and MS Office Software
- Able to maintain satisfactory record of attendance and professional conduct

- Able to gain familiarity and understanding of pertinent ISO requirements
