Quality Director

Define and execute the BESS Business Unit quality strategy, building a world-class organization from a start-up reality to meet expectations of defense, aerospace, and industrial customers. Lead the full quality function across supplier, process, product, and customer domains, establishing an Integrated Management System and driving a culture where quality is a shared responsibility. Act as the primary executive interface with customers, certification bodies, and regulators, while managing the Quality budget and scaling a high-performance team. Report directly to the CEO and oversee the design of quality frameworks for lithium–sulfur batteries and energy storage systems.
