Quality Director

Define and execute the BESS Business Unit quality strategy, building a world-class organization from a start-up reality to meet expectations of defense, aerospace, and industrial customers. Lead the full quality function across process, supplier, incoming/outgoing, engineering, lab, and customer quality while acting as the primary voice to regulators and certification bodies. Own the design and continuous evolution of the Integrated Management System and Quality Management System frameworks, ensuring compliance with EU Battery Regulation and other safety-critical standards. Establish a culture where quality is a shared responsibility, coaching senior leaders and driving root cause analysis for major quality events. Represent Lyten at executive leadership levels and industry forums to position quality capabilities as a competitive differentiator.
