Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary
Produce Data Quality Reports highlighting critical metrics and high-risk areas while developing trending reports to identify patterns and escalate issues. Use statistical tools, process mapping, and compliance frameworks to support quality improvement, collaborating with the Quality Data Systems Manager to advance SPC and related software. Partner with the Manufacturing Services team on Machine Intelligence projects and support Samples, Beta Run, and PPAP initiatives. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions, while advancing specifications with the Quality Specification team. Manage documentation for new products and ensure organizational data remains accurate, consistent, and compliant. Approximately 25-50% travel is required between branches and surrounding locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Data analysis, statistical tools (capabilities, SPC software, Minitab)
- Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, Word, PP, etc.)
- Document management software knowledge
- Observe all safety procedures and policies
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Completes work in a timely manner
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrates appropriate attendance and punctuality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various other teams (Product Development team, Branch Operations team, Manufacturing Engineering team, etc.)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- Branch to branch and surrounding locations will include approximately 25-50% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a Business or Science related field
- Certificates within Quality or Continuous Improvement Disciplines (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
