Job Summary

Quality Data Analyst to drive product quality improvements by transforming warranty claims, product returns, and consumer feedback into actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel; analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes; build predictive models to forecast failures and support proactive decision-making; translate Voice of the Consumer data into improvement opportunities; partner with Field Quality Engineers to implement corrective actions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design, manufacturing, and service strategies; create clear visualizations and presentations for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and modeling
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and exploratory data analysis techniques
  • Experience working with quality, warranty, or customer service data
